Hard work is the real wealth of a human. No one can achieve success or fulfill their dreams without doing hard work. It is the key to success. Hard work always pays off. Hard work can turn ooze into gold. Hard work starts from where we stop looking for alternatives. 

Lethargic and Idleness make one's life a bane and only hard work can turn it into a boon. If we d not study hard, we cannot clear the exam we are going for. Even, if we talk about painters, writers, poets, etc, everyone gets his\her rewards based on their hard work. Some people give more importance to their luck rather than working hard for their dreams and after that, when they fail, they blame their luck or destiny, what can luck do if a person blames himself do nothing for themselves. 

An idler depends on chance. They sit with folded hands. He waits for a golden chance that will come his way. Hard work alone can make us happy and successful. All great men of the world did hard work. All works are noble. If the citizens of the country are hardworking, the country will certainly progress. A few years back Japan was a backward country but today it is one of the most prosperous countries in the world. All this possible through hard work.
