STRANDED
These questions always knock my mind.
Also i believe religion a way of life , whos purpose is to give us a benchmark morally and ethically in society .
Anything more or anything less can lead and will lead us as a race into more division than unity.
STRANDED is a thriller with a different take..

Trust
Trust is the basic tenet for all
relationships, so building an environment is one of the most important things
one can do to create a positive work environment. It is a philosophy that must
be demonstrated in everything you and your staff does. Trust is about what you
say you are going to do and being who you say you are. It is about showing your
staff in everything you do that you are reliable, responsible and accountable
and that they can rely on you for consistency. Also, letting them know you
expect the same from them. When your words and behavior are congruent you built
trust. It will take some time for your staff members to learn that you are a
person of your word. If they see that you are consistent you will built trust,
but if they see that your word don’t match your behavior their trust in you
will be destroyed. The unfortunate thing about trust is that it takes a long
time to build, but is very fragile and breaks easily. Once broken, it takes an
even longer time to regain and it may never be fully rebuilt. Therefore, it is
of primary importance that you are careful of all your words and behavior and
ensure that they are worthy of your employees trust. Even while dealing with
uncomfortable situations, if you are honest and upfront it will make thing
easier for everyone.

European Invasion
Though the English Men almost destroyed the Traditional culture and treasures of India. It is to be admitted that they did contribute to build a modern India too.
The Europeans have brought and provided English education to Indians. In other words, they gave us a common language through which we interact or communicate with others all over the world and the concept of the English language in today’s world plays a very crucial role in the development of the country.
They introduced Modern Science. It is something miraculous that a country which had been controlled and moved by some superstitious beliefs for centuries. It is also a contribution of the European invasion which introduced modern science in India.
Now India is the largest democratic nation in the world in any sense of definition and description. Thanks to the Britishers, which no can deny. As they are the ones who introduced democratic principles in the form of constitutions to India.
Britishers also gave birth and developed of Nationalism. The knowledge of the freedom struggling and fighting in different countries collected by Indians, as they started reading articles in English, gave birth to national integration and national feeling in the minds of Indians.
The European invasion brought tens of new professions of doctors, engineers, clerks, etc. Which ultimately opened a vast world of education to the masses of India.
The new approaches and awareness influenced the social life of Indians a lot, and the social anarchies like child marriage, sati, untouchability, etc were eradicated with the ceaseless effort rendered by leaders like Raja Ram Mohan Roy.
The style and themes of European writers inspired the Indians a lot and they started writing different sorts of literary pieces now several Indian writers are honored by people of different nations too.
They brought modern trends in different fields of life such as food habits, agriculture, dress code, transportation attitude towards personal as well as social life. The Railway of India, which is now the world's largest public sector, was also introduced by Britishers. Modern administration trends brought several changes in India. It created thousands of new clericals posts that demanded more educated hands and hence it created an opportunity for mass education.

Caste Discrimination
The caste system divides Hindus into four categories which are known as Varna System according to this these four categories are:
Brahmin- They provide spiritual education and leadership and are known as Priest.
Kshatriyas- They are known as Warriors and their responsibility is to protect society.
Vaisya- They are productive class landowners and Merchants.
Shudra- This is the only class who are allowed to accept any kind of employment. Commoners, Peasants, and Servants fall under this category.
The fifth category falls outside the Varna system and consists of those known as "Untouchables" or "Dalits". There is a belief that the groups are originated from Brahma, the Hindu god creation. Thus, Brahmin represents its mouth, Kshatriyas as their arms, Vaisya is from the thigh and Shudra's are from the feet.
This system divided people into equal and hierarchical social groups. Those are considered as "lower human beings", "Impure" and "Polluting" to other groups.
Is the Varna System fair by dividing Hindus into hundreds and hundreds of sub caste category?
The most ancient mention of the caste system is found in the Rig Veda, believed to be developed between 1500-800 BC. Untouchables are the main victims of this system of oppression are not even mentioned in the Vedas.
Issues like Untouchability and Discrimination based on caste still exist in today's era especially in the rural areas and the reason behind this is the deep-rooted customs and traditions of the caste system. Not only adults and women even children are also the victims facing humiliation. Students of scheduled caste have been asked to sit on the floor or even outside the class to pursue education.
Upper caste people considered themselves as Impure (Ashudh) when they mistakenly touched the untouchables or the things belongs to them then they necessarily cleaned themselves (Shudhikaran) with pure water known as Gangajal. Even the river Ganga is used by both the untouchables and by the Brahmins from where there they take gangajal.
If the river is used by both how one can consider Gangajal as pure water or Dalits as untouchables?
In Hindu culture touching god's feet (charansparsh) is considered as showing gratitude towards the lord and seeking blessings (Ashirwad) from them is good and positive than why people originated from their feet are Impure or Untouchables?
Many people believe that the caste system plays a very important and crucial role to maintain the hierarchy. Which type of hierarchy is this which shows the differences among humans which is against humanity?
The caste system is the main reason for the degradation of a large portion of the population. They were and still are treated like sub-humans. Some people regarded and abused them as crawling worms of gutters and they are born as Dalit or Harijan because they had done crimes in their previous life. No one remains Brahmin by blood nor is anyone Sudra by birth then why they are treated like animals?
Hatred has replaced the feeling of respect and sympathy amongst the member of high and low caste and this attitude develops the worst form of untouchability which pushed a larger major section of society lower than an animal.
Those people were deprived of all privilege which was available to members of high class and was not allowed to enter the temples, ghats, wells, and schools. Thus this system cuts nearly crores of people from the mainstream of Indian social life.
The biggest example of this is that in June 2018 the three Dalit boys were beaten stripped, beaten, and paraded naked by villagers in the state of Maharashtra for swimming in the well that belonged to an upper-caste family, police said.
It creates political disunity and is impossible to unite them politically as the system divided the whole society into the innumerable subdivision. It has been an obstacle to the growth of national unity in the country. It does not allow changes to be introduced in society and they are not ready to accept the changes needed for social progress due to the customs and traditions created by their castes.
The caste system is undemocratic because it denies equal rights irrespective of their caste, creed, and color states in article 15 of the constitution. The individuals of lower castes have no opportunity for mental and physical development. Thus, this created inequality among the Hindus.
Aren't the people of the same group creating differences amongst themselves by dividing humans based on their caste?
